  I had an appointment for Monday for a root canal, I got a phone call from the office manager stating I was no longer welcome there because I was non-compliant because she the last time I was there which I have no idea when that was she said when you sprayed this freezing stuff on my very painful tooth, and told her Please don't do that again, it really hurt she wrote this down and decided on her own not to let me come back I asked to talk to the owner, the dentists anyone but her but she refused. because of her I will now have to get my tooth pulled I am in immense pain on antibiotics and thought on Monday this nightmare will be over but now since they are the only ones who take my insurance in reading, for something so small I got kicked out of there. I hope the dr's or someone will read this so she can't put other patients through what she is putting me through. thanks for listening to me, btw nothing against the doctors my experience with them was always good with no problems what so ever except for their office manager who does not care about their patients. thank you. 1 1. 30.16 just got out of the hospital because my tooth Infection went into my blood stream so thanks for making me waste time and find someone else to do it had a great Thanksgiving there in the hospital I feel so sad did not even hear from the dentist there but what can you do I guess when no one cared to begin with. Well just got my records with a bunch of lies she wrote like I threatened her she told me the dentists wanted me out never happened I am sorry I came to this place and do not talk to my dentist office who is a great place you don't need to know anything about my hospital trip for my tooth I don't care how you got it hipaa violation done with this place never had any problems with doctors till I came there and I hope one day when you guys are in immense pain you never have to go through what I did

  Was an amazing experience from start to finish. Dr. Scott Bram and his assistant Rachel worked so well together. I felt at ease and confident my procedure was going to be successful. And it was. Thank you to the staff who fit me in , stayed late and eased my pain.
